Project Management

As a project manager, I lead the planning and implementation of each project I undertake. I facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Defining project tasks and resource requirements is also an important part of the process. Additionally, I develop full scale project plans, assemble and coordinate project staff, and manage project budgets. By managing project resource allocation I am able to plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and provide direction and support to the project team.

Part of my role as a project manager includes to constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. I present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. In addition to this, I also implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, as well as offering project evaluations and assessment of results.
